I booked this room last minute due to a change in flight schedule. I was arriving after midnight and flying out at 8 am. The staff member was cruisey and reassuring, she said just come to the apartment and she will book the room. The room was tight but lovely. Bathroom was a bit outdated but water pressure was good and spacious. Bed great, slept well and I was warm. I did not have time to appreciate what else was on offer. Location close enough to airport and tbe mall. Price was reasonable for a last minute booking.

Easy check in, rooms are not big but very clean & comfortable. Free WiFi and you can stream your device to the TV. Good espresso supplied. Has all the amenities you expect in an apartment. Only 200m from station Very good value

Nice apartments in good location near the mall. Staff is very friendly. On the flip side, room size is very small and I had difficulty moving around in the room. They charged for parking even for resident guests. No restaurant onsite.

I wasn't expecting much before our 12 day stay but I was pleasantly surprised. The booking was easy, the check in was easy, the staff are down to earth & the room exceeded my expectations. I had special requirements which were accommodated, the rooms were cleaned regularly & top ups on refreshments were given daily. The view from the 16th floor was lovely, there were no disturbances in terms of noise & my kids just loved visiting the conveniently located park across the road. Due to the secure parking I was reassured that my car was safe & I was able to walk to the mall & back within minutes. My kids loved watching their favourite Netflix shows in the evenings as well. The only small niggle was the annoying smell of sewage in the bathroom. I used bathroom deodorizer. This would not stop me from visiting again though. Overall it was a great experience & ALL the positives outweigh the tiny niggle mentioned.

Stayed here one night. The room was noisy at night and small, but had everything that was marketed. The service was poor particularly with Rakesh who was obsessed with getting a cash bond from me as apparently it takes 9-18 days to refund by card. I watched about 3 other people get checked in without this requirement from other people and eventually when I had the cash I was served by someone else who didn't need it. This is at best a dodgy practice and the only accommodation that has ever asked me to do this. The location was great and parking was safe and useful

It's a great apartments. Good size with great views. Also it's security for car park and in rooms are so good. Staffs are very very helpful, always smiling!

Me and my family loved our stay here. Thank you Proximity Apartments we will be back again soon. Would highly recommend it to everyone. It's situated within walking distance to the mall, excellent customer service and we were even upgraded from a standard two bedroom to a deluxe suite for free as the lovely lady at the desk seen that we had 2 children. The scent within the building is absolutely devine too 😍

When you walk into reception it is a beautiful modern lobby. I was greeted by the staff and they were so kind and helpful. Once received our keys we arrived to our room … the curtains were open shinning on the walls and they looked so dirty. Seems to be mould or just severely filthy in the indoor balcony vents. When I see stuff like this it makes me question what else is actullally dirty that we can’t see. Cleanliness was not up to scratch for a 4 or 5 star hotel. It can also be quite noisy at night from the wind, cars, planes etc. I’m not one to complain, I just dealt with it because we were only staying for 2 nights.
